The Chicago Bulls recently signed a “multi-year” extension with head coach Jim Boylen. Adrian Wojnarowski said Boylen is “the teacher the franchise needs now with a young roster.” According to Deadspin, Boylen was seen as “an overeager disciplinarian who alienated and exhausted his players.” During his time with the bulls some thought about possibly making a “leadership committee” to help the players and coach communicate better. Wojnarowski even said on Twitter that Boylen holds his players accountable and coaches them hard.
