When creating the perfect toner for my blondes, I like to work where the underlying pigment is strongest first or where I’m adding depth and tone.
This may be in the zone one area if I’m adding shadow or maybe the zone 2-3 area when bringing a creamy and bright.
My go to hairlines is a tap with some hand paint if I want a bold face frame and always the very last area to apply ????????????????
