Apply base coat to protect your natural nails,
Paint your nail pastel yellow and don't let it dry.
Paint small light green dots over the wet base and pull a needle through them.
Finish the design with tiny lilac or pastel purple dots.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
